  2. Perishable Items: Perishable items, such as food products, including hampers, are generally non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Some items or conditions may not be eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable.
